Secondary Attrition

Like many schools in the ACCS, we have been losing students as they move into the upper grades. Many of the losses are due to kids having sports friends at the public schools and not a lot of buy in that Christian education is more important than non-Christian sports friends at public school. We have been looking for ways to make our school culture such that student don't want to leave.

Have any other schools seen these same issues, and what have you done to try and combat them?
